Ruggine is a shelter, hidden in an alley in the heart of Bologna.

It is close to one of the most prominent squares of the city, where once a calash warehouse then a bicycle workshop stood.

Now it’s where we deliver our excellent dishes and signature cocktails.

We are four guys coming form different cities of this beautiful country called Italy, intertwined by the passion of excellent food, drink and people.

It was love at first sight. We chose to open Ruggine as soon as we stepped in because of its simplicity, honesty and spontaneity. Just as we are.
